Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Eligible Items: We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
1.2 Non-Eligible Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@faugetcreations.com within the return period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
2.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the tracking information for your records.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Eligibility: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will determine if they are eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping fees, or discounts.
3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4.2 Exchange Shipping: We will ship the exchanged item(s) to you at no additional shipping cost if the exchange is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs for other exchange reasons.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
